With mental health concerns on the rise post-pandemic, the university was looking for ways to capture student minds and work to erase stigmas associated with seeking help for mental health by building a culture and community of care and support.

This robust, multi-channel campaign succeed across metrics, most notably improving student awareness of resources and positive sentiments about Indiana University’s commitment to supporting and caring for student mental health.

A key component in successfully executing this campaign was creating a marketing toolkit for campus partners to use to further spread the word. The toolkit had design assets and templates, but notably provided example messaging that was customizable for campuses and departments across the university.
